With his wife Lisa, Sonny is a resident of Boerne and is in his second year with Coldwell Banker Swope Realtors of Boerne and Bandera. In his first full year, Sonny was a multi-million dollar producer, with just under 5 million in sales, surpassing all new agents in the history of Coldwell Banker Swope. He covers a large part of the Texas Hill Country and has represented buyers and sellers in Kendall, Bexar, Comal and Bandera counties.

Throughout his business career, Sonny has bought, invested, and sold real estate. In a very short time he has become very knowledgeable of Boerne, the Hill Country, and the market.
